Peak Performance

Peak Performance is Scandinavia’s biggest clothing label in the functional sportswear sector, with premium products developed both for activities such as skiing, training and golf, and for relaxing in ski resorts, in cities, or beside the sea.

Our journey has taught us all about how clothe’s and equipment for people who live their lives in perpetual motion should look and work. And it is this that has made Peak Performance what it is today:

A multinational company with over 200 employees, around 60 Peak Performance stores, and distribution in over 20 countries. And we are continuing to grow and expand.

At the same time, a lot of things have remained unchanged since the days when our head office was 10m² and we just about managed to make and sell a handful of Indian-adorned skiing jackets every year. Our values are the same and our personality remains unchanged.

Whatever we take on, Peak Performance will always be a Mountain Resort Brand. We live and breathe our brand name, and with more passion than ever before. And our products and everything we do continues to adhere to the simple philosophy envisaged by our founder way back when everything began:

Doing things and making products the way we want them to be.


Today, most of Peak Performance’s marketing is achieved through sponsoring. Peak Performance’s commitment is strong, but the company is very selective about sponsorships, contests and events. With its strong base in the world of skiing, Peak Performance sponsors professional skiers and free skiing events, such as Peak Performance King of Style. Peak Performance is also involved in golfing and mountain biking activities. In 2008, Peak Performance will be the official clothing supplier of two European Tour competitions, the Omega European Masters in Crans Montana, Switzerland, and the Volvo Masters Andalusia finals at Valderrama, Spain. 2009 Peak Performance is once again also the sponsor of one of the world’s most spectacular adventure races ‘The Red Bull X-Alps’.

For each new collection, Peak Performance produces an image-building catalogue. The pictures feature the seasons products worn by Peak Performance’s active Peak Friends in their natural environments. World star Henrik Windstedt and golf pro Suzann Pettersen are two of the Peak Friends.


Peak Performance products are distributed in more than 20 countries via 1900 retailers in Europe, Canada and Japan, as well as in its own General Stores. Today, Peak Performance has some 60 General Stores, all strategically located.
